AccounTap is for a UK sole trader who will keep their own records, and who already has an accountant — or wants one.
What it does
- Money in and money out, in plain English.
- A Self Assessment-style summary and a quarterly pack.
- Send that pack to your accountant.
AccounTap keeps the records and prepares the pack. Your accountant, or HMRC-recognised software, still sends the return.
Price
The local pilot is free. Paid plans are not open yet.
When they open, the plan we intend to offer is £79 a year or £8 a month. The first quarter is free when an accountant introduces you. Yearly and monthly are the same product. This is what we plan to charge. It is not a checkout.
