Refunds
A short rule, in plain English. This is not formal legal advice from a solicitor. AccounTap is a helper for your records, not regulated tax advice.
Within 14 days
If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, email us and we will refund that payment. You do not have to give a reason.
After 14 days
We do not refund the unused part of a year or a month. You can still cancel so the plan does not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
If something has gone wrong
If we take a payment by mistake, email us and we will put it right.
While the pilot is free
Paid plans are not open during the local pilot, so there is nothing to refund until a payment has been taken.

AccounTap is run by VistaHos LTD. You can write to the company at contact@accountap.co.uk.
Tell us the email address on the account and the date of the payment. We aim to answer within 2 working days.
